Hi! I'm Molly Noyce, and I call the vibrant city of Madison, Wisconsin, home—along with my wonderful husband and our energetic little boy.
Baking and cooking have been passions of mine since I was a child. Believe it or not, I'd often skip school to binge-watch Food Network all day (thanks for the leniency, Mom and Dad!). I was obsessed with all things culinary and would whip up something delicious most afternoons after school.
My journey took an exciting turn in 2017 when I met my husband, who is gluten intolerant. I quickly discovered that gluten-free options were often underwhelming, so I dove headfirst into creating them myself. This reignited my love for baking, but with a fresh focus on gluten-free delights that didn't compromise on flavor or texture.
Over the past nearly 10 years, I've had a blast experimenting and perfecting recipes for treats that aren't commonly available gluten-free—sharing them with my husband, our families, and friends. Now, I'm thrilled to extend that joy to our community through my bakery. I can't wait for you to taste the magic!

Do you have a storefront I can walk into?
No — Flourish is an online home bakery. We don't have a physical storefront or retail location. All orders are placed online and picked up from our home kitchen on Dolphin Drive in Madison, WI. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you the exact pickup address.
Are your products certified gluten-free?
Our products are not certified gluten-free. We are a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
How do I place an order?
Browse our menu, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. We'll review your order and confirm your pickup date. Your card is only charged once we approve the order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery within a 15-mile radius for a $25 fee. Orders outside that radius may be subject to a distance surcharge.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the delivery or pickup date.
